The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing family law cases from inception to resolution while providing exceptional customer service to clients.Duties:Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end, ensuring all deadlines are met and clients are informed of case progress.Provide superior customer service to all clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.Make recommendations for improvements to practice managers to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software.Requirements:Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.3-6 years of litigation experience, with specific experience in family law.1st chair family law experience preferred.Licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.Location: Bedford, NH
