The ideal candidate will manage family law cases from inception to resolution while providing exceptional customer service to clients. They will also be responsible for implementing improvements to enhance practice efficiency and client satisfaction.Job Duties:Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to endProvide superior customer service to all clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviewsMake recommendations for improvements to practice managersManage performance metrics using practice quality software to track accomplishments and client satisfactionRepresent clients in court proceedings related to family law mattersConduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefsCollaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to strategize on casesAttend mediation sessions and negotiate settlements on behalf of clientsStay updated on changes in family law legislation and case lawRequirements:Juris Doctorate from an accredited universityPassed the Bar Exam on the first attempt2-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on family lawExperience serving as first chair in family law casesLicensed to practice law in the state of OklahomaAbility to quickly learn new technical programs and software relevant to the practice of lawSkills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsProficiency in legal research and writingSound judgment and decision-making capabilitiesCommitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
